Data Deletion

To delete your account, please email [email protected] requesting that your account be deleted. Please also include your full name in the email. This should be sent from the email associated with your account. A representative may reach out to you for further verification.

What data will be deleted?

Your user account will be deleted including the password.

What data will be kept?

In accordance with guidelines, certain medical information collected by MyPocketDoctor will remain in our system including patient contact information and appointment related information (e.g. insurance information).
